Candidate Q&A

Please submit your responses by 22nd July.

1

Events & travel

The role involves travel to approximately 12 events per year, which means around 30 days working away from home.

Do you anticipate any challenges with this schedule, or with the lifestyle that comes with it?
2

Attention to detail

Producing efficient, accurate data is a key quality we're looking for in this role.

Can you give an example of a time your attention to detail directly led to a good outcome?
3

Lead generation

A big part of this role is generating new leads for the World School Games and Trans World Soccer.

How would you approach it?
4

Growth

At the Twedex Group we encourage everyone to be innovative and to bring a growth mindset. Whatever someone's role, we love hearing new ideas and putting them on the table at our team strategy meetings.

If you could add one new event to the World School Games or Trans World Soccer, what would it be — and why?
5

Work modes

An office-based role in sport can mean very different kinds of working day. You could be scorekeeping in an athletics arena one week, and glued to your computer generating and progressing leads the next.

How do you feel about both environments?
6

Perseverance

With such a vast global field of potential customers, you may need to approach a great many leads before one converts.

Can you give an example of a time when real perseverance was needed for you to reach your goal?

Your responses go straight to the Twedex Group recruitment team and are used only to assess your application.
